Our unique collection contains solutions for all stages of life and also all styles from classic to Scandinavian and modern or from retro to country romantic.

Most of the furniture in our collection can be customised to your liking. We will design the furniture together, with dimensions according to your room, colours that match your interior, and fulfil your requirements regarding legs, the hardness of the seat or mattress, as well as the type of fabric.

Delivery services

Masku offers effortless furniture delivery, commissioning and assembly services, and the old furniture can be recycled conveniently for a small extra fee. You can also pick up your order from most of our stores and from the central warehouse in Mäntsälä. We deliver small-sized products to package pick-up points. Deliveries from 4 euros.

The availability of assembly services varies by location. You can check the services available to your location on the product page by clicking “Toimitukset alkaen (Delivery prices)”

The estimated delivery time of the product is stated on the product card. You can see the delivery time estimate for your whole order on the checkout page. The delivery time will be confirmed by email after placing the order. The courier will contact you by phone before delivery. When you choose to pick up your order from a store, the central warehouse or a pick-up point, you will be notified by SMS when the order has arrived for pick-up.

Payment methods

With Masku financing, you get a flexible payment schedule. You can also pay by invoice, with Debit and Credit cards, Siirto as well as by bank transfer. All available payment methods are secure and safe to use.

In our stores, you can also choose Nordea Tuohi instalment payment, Masku invoice and cash payment. An individualised and personal commitment issued by Kela or a municipality can also be used as a payment method in our stores.

Return and exchange policy

As our customer, you have the right to return products purchased from the online store within 14 days of receipt.

The product must be unused, faultless and packed in the original packaging. The sales package must be intact and contain all parts, documents and packaging materials originally included in the package.

If the returned product is damaged or its value has substantially decreased, Maskun Kalustetalo reserves the right to charge the customer for the individual costs caused by the damage. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return.

Restrictions on the right of return in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act: Hygiene and intimate products cannot be returned after the package has been opened, as the product cannot be sold due to its nature. Examples of such products are pillows and blankets.

Warranty

Masku and the furniture manufacturers we represent, adhere to the strict quality standards recommended and used in the furniture industry. If you notice a defect in the product, please notify our customer service immediately.

Complaints under the warranty must be reported no later than one (1) month from the time the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. In case of transport damage, the transport company must be notified within 7 days of delivery complaints. The customer is obliged to inspect the product immediately upon receipt. The product should only be used in the environment and in the way for which it is designed.

Furniture also needs vacuuming, cleaning and care. In our stores and webshop, you will find a wide range of products and operating instructions we recommend for the care of fabrics and leather. With care, furniture stays in good condition and style for years.

If you wish, you can buy Masku Product Safety (Masku Tuoteturva) for your new furniture, which provides you a 10-year warranty without any deductions.

Items not covered by warranty

Normal wear and tear, stretching, sagging, elasticity, discoloration or dents, as well as damages caused by the customer during transportation, assembly or storage, is not covered by warranty. For example, leather is a natural material that stretches, which can result in wrinkles. Fabrics stretch and pilling appears to some extent. These are characteristic to the respective materials.

The warranty only applies to products purchased for private use. For B2B customers we offer a six month warranty for all of our products.

Complaints

If the product has been delivered defective or has a warranty defect, please contact our customer service. To guarantee fast processing, please include the sales contract number starting with the letter M of the order and pictures of the damage. In the case of transport damage, a picture of the consignment note is needed as well.

Once we have received your complaint, our specialists will contact you as soon as possible. We will work with you on the most sensible compensation method and solution on a case-by-case basis. In many cases, correcting the fault is not only the most ecological, but also the most effortless option.

Please note that a complaint refers to a product damaged during delivery or a manufacturing defect and not, for example, defects caused by normal wear and tear and issues caused by a long service life. The complaint must be made as soon as possible after the problem has appeared.
