Our unique collection contains solutions for all stages of life and also all styles from classic to Scandinavian and modern or from retro to country romantic.
Most of the furniture in our collection can be customised to your liking. We will design the furniture together, with dimensions according to your room, colours that match your interior, and fulfil your requirements regarding legs, the hardness of the seat or mattress, as well as the type of fabric.

Masku offers effortless furniture delivery, commissioning and assembly services, and the old furniture is removed at the same time. You can also pick up your order from most of our stores and from the central warehouse in Mäntsälä. We deliver small-sized products to package pick-up points. Deliveries from 19 euros.
The availability of assembly services varies by location. Ask for more information from our customer service or the nearest Masku store.
The estimated delivery time of the product is stated on the product card and will be confirmed by email upon ordering. The post office will contact you by phone before delivery. When you choose to pick up your order from a store, the central warehouse or a pick-up point, you will be notified by SMS when the order has arrived for pick-up.
With financing, you get the right amount of time for paying your purchases. You can also pay with online banking IDs, Debit and Credit cards, as well as by bank transfer. All available payment methods are secure and safe to use.
In our stores, you can also choose Nordea Tuohi instalment payment, Avarda invoice and pay in cash. An individualised and personal commitment issued by Kela or a municipality can also be used as a payment method in our stores.
Return and exchange policy
As our customer, you have the right to return products purchased from the online store within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be unused, faultless and packed in the original packaging. The sales package must be intact and contain all parts, documents and packaging materials originally included in the package.
If the returned product is damaged or its value has substantially decreased, Maskun Kalustetalo reserves the right to charge the customer for the individual costs caused by the damage. The customer is responsible for the costs of the return.
Restrictions on the right of return in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act: Hygiene and intimate products cannot be returned after the package has been opened, as the product cannot be sold due to its nature. Examples of such products are pillows, blankets, pillow-top mattresses.

Masku and the furniture manufacturers we represent adhere to the strict quality standards recommended and used in the furniture industry. If you notice a defect in the product, please notify our customer service immediately.
Complaints under the warranty must be reported no later than one (1) month from the time the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. The customer is obliged to inspect the product immediately upon receipt. The product should only be used in the environment and in the way for which it is designed.
Furniture also needs vacuuming, cleaning and care. In our stores and webshop, you will find water-based Leather Master products and operating instructions we recommend for the care of fabrics and leather. With care, furniture stays in good condition and style for years.
If you wish, you can buy Masku Product Safety for your new furniture, which provides you a 10-year warranty that is not deductible for a one-time payment.
Items not covered by warranty
Normal wear and tear, stretching, sagging, elasticity, discoloration or dents, as well as damages caused by the customer during transportation, assembly or storage, is not covered by warranty. For example, leather is a natural material that stretches, which results in so-called wrinkles. Fabrics stretch and pilling appears to some extent. These are characteristic to the respective materials.
The warranty only applies to products purchased for private use.
If the product has been delivered defective or has a warranty defect, please contact our customer service. To guarantee fast processing, please include the sales contract number starting with the letter M of the order, pictures of the damage and, in the case of transport damage, a picture of the consignment note.
Once we have received your complaint, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible. Our customer service will work with you on the most sensible refund method and solution on a case-by-case basis. In many cases, correcting the fault is not only the most ecological, but also the most effortless option.
Please note that a complaint refers to a product damaged during delivery or a manufacturing defect and not, for example, defects caused by normal wear and tear and issues caused by a long service life. The complaint must be made as soon as possible after the problem has appeared. In particular, the transport company must be notified within 7 days of delivery complaints.
